Garden Gate was founded by Mahrukh Tariq, an award-winning real estate professional with over a decade of experience in Virginia. She’s closed more than $50 million in sales in just the past few years and is also a landlord herself, managing over 100 rental units including multi-family properties. Because of that, she knows first-hand the challenges landlords face and built Garden Gate to be the kind of management company she once wished she had.
