Fee: Equal to one month’s rent

Tenant Screening – Every applicant is thoroughly screened with background, credit, rental history, and income verification to help you select the most qualified tenant.
Lease Preparation – Once you’ve chosen your tenant, we prepare a legally compliant lease agreement to protect your interests and set clear expectations.
Our full-service property management covers every aspect of renting your property, from marketing and securing qualified tenants to handling rent collection, maintenance, and legal compliance.
