We offer

One-Time Listing Service

Fee: Equal to one month’s rent

Our One-Time Listing Service is ideal for landlords who want to stay hands-on with their property but need professional support in securing a reliable tenant. With this option, we handle all the critical steps that go into filling a vacancy so you can move forward with confidence.

Here’s what’s included:

  • Marketing & Advertising – Your property will be professionally marketed and listed across multiple online platforms to attract a wide pool of qualified renters.

  • Showings – We coordinate and conduct showings, ensuring your property gets maximum exposure while saving you time and hassle.

  • Tenant Screening – Every applicant is thoroughly screened with background, credit, rental history, and income verification to help you select the most qualified tenant.

  • Lease Preparation – Once you’ve chosen your tenant, we prepare a legally compliant lease agreement to protect your interests and set clear expectations.

We offer Full-Service Property Management

Our full-service property management covers every aspect of renting your property, from marketing and securing qualified tenants to handling rent collection, maintenance, and legal compliance. We use targeted advertising, thorough tenant screening, and competitive market pricing to ensure your property is occupied by reliable renters and generating steady income.

Once your property is leased, we take care of everything—coordinating repairs with trusted vendors, enforcing lease terms, managing renewals, and ensuring you remain compliant with all local, state, and federal regulations.
